LIMITED WARRANTY

The following is a list of states and provinces that do not allow limited warranty coverage on your GMC heating, ventilation, and air-conditioning (HVAC) system or a component of that system to be conditioned on registration:
- California (Effective for units installed on or after January 1, 2004);
- Florida (Effective for units installed on or after July 1, 2024)
- Georgia (Effective for units installed on or after January 1, 2026); and
- Quebec (Effective for units installed on or after April 30, 1980).
The following is a list of states that require limited warranty coverage in effect on your GMC HVAC system or a component of that system to be transferred if the property containing that unit is conveyed to a new owner:

For units installed at residential real property, the following is a list of states that do not allow warranty coverage on your GMC heating, ventilation, and air-conditioning (HVAC) system or a component of that system to be conditioned on registration:
- Florida (Effective for units installed on or after July 1, 2024); and
- Georgia (Effective for units installed on or after January 1, 2026).
